Membership in the Occoquan Forest Owners Association (OFOA) Amenities is open to anyone living in Occoquan Forest, including renters. It is your collective voice to services provided by organizations like VDOT, Prince William County, and local utilities. OFOA advocates and works to keep our neighborhood in the very best condition. OFOA keeps the Forest looking great and operating effectively and efficiently. In turn, this keeps our neighborhood desirable and your property values high.
Associate Amenities Membership is offered to our closest neighbors — those who live in Lake Forest and Twin Lakes. Associate Memberships carry all the same benefits as resident Memberships except voting rights.
Amenities Membership is $265/year, starting July 1 and running through June 30 (the OFOA fiscal year). We can accept checks, cash, e-checks and credit card payments. To pay your dues by e-check or credit card, please contact: ofoatreasurer1@gmail.com and ask for an e-check or credit card invoice. All electronic payments require an $8 service charge.
Benefits of OFOA Amenities Membership include:
- Voting rights (Members only), an opportunity to determine the priorities and activities OFOA undertakes for our neighborhood
- Access to the waterfront area, boat ramp, and dock
- Use of the pavilion picnic facilities and large fire pit
- Use of the playground and playing field
- Use of the hiking trails
- Invitations to OFOA social events such as the summer, fall, and Halloween parties
- Peace of mind, knowing that you are doing your part to make Occoquan Forest the best place to live in northern Virginia!
To become a member of OFOA Amenities, complete the form linked below. We strongly prefer the use of the Google Form, as this streamlines our processes. If you prefer an alternative option, you can use the linked PDF instead. The PDF can be emailed to ofoatreasurer1@gmail.com or mailed to the address on the form.
If you wish to rent an OFOA boat rack, the Google form will collect that information from you. If you opt to use the PDF membership form, then you will need to submit the boat rack rental form as well. If for some reason you can’t download the forms, click here to request the form and we’ll deliver them to your house.
When completing the Google Form, you will be asked if you want to pay by check or pay electronically. Full details are included within the form.
When completing the PDF, you will be asked to specify your payment method.
