This committee reviews architectural plans, submitted by OF homeowners, to ascertain compliance of exterior appearance on new construction or remodeling in accordance with the OF architectural guidelines. All new and remodeling construction must receive approval from this committee before commencement of work. ACC members attend monthly meetings and may be assigned to visit a home site. This committee also reviews requests for tree-cutting, exterior paint and window changes, fencing and sheds.
